First off, the customer service was very knowledgeable about the model breathalyzers they carried. shipping was faster than i paid for and the item arrived in new condition.

I didn't get the PC software since i run windows vista, but this breathalyzer really is the nicest breathalyzer I've purchased. the results come quick and consistent. it has only been a week since i got it, but I'm excited to know that the sensor won't wear out like other breathalyzers. Kudos to you guys.
