got this breathalyzer after being referred by a friend. it gives pretty consistent results and the sensor replacement is a great feature.

Pros: Great device based on looks and style. The device always gives a pretty stable reading after multiple tests and the ability to change the sensor make it all that more attractive. The site said I'd get a soft case but it turned out to be a hard case. That was a pleasant surprise.

Cons: One time I pushed the mouthpieces into the unit and I guess it was too snug in there because it was very difficult to get out. Also I don't think this is because of the device but blowing for 5 seconds is pretty difficult after a few drinks.

Overall: After talking with a sales associate over the phone all my main concerns were answered. I was basically worried that i was buying a novelty item compared to police grade breathalyzers. consumer breathalyzers sure have made great stride in bridging that gap between consumer breathalyzers and professional breathalyzers. I've used this device for over a year now and have changed the sensor once returning the breathalyzer to brand new. (Posted on 8/15/2012)

I purchased this breathalyzer under the advice of a sales rep when I called and I'm glad did. The sleek design is great and doesn't make up for poor performance. The results are always steady. I got this after returning a bactrack breathalyzer. The results I got from that device were always jumping around. I love that this device stores the mouthpieces inside the device. I just wish I got the full kit so I could use the car adapter and not have to rely on batteries. (Posted on 8/15/2012)

Got it as a gift from my wife before we start the boating season. the unit is very accurate and the replaceable sensor is a nice feature. A neat feature that i didn't know about is the battery area can actually store a few mouthpieces.
