AlcoMate Core Breathalyzer is a professional grade breathalyzer that accurately measures blood alcohol content from the subject's breath. The AlcoMate Core measures blood alcohol levels up to 0.40% in 0.01% increments. The Core breathalyzer provides 10% accuracy at 0.10% blood alcohol concentration placing it with law enforcement level breathalyzers. The AlcoMate Core is a great choice for consumers who would prefer price savings over the advantages of pre-calibrated sensor module technology.
The AlcoMate Core uses advanced semiconductor sensor technology to detect alcohol and determine the level of intoxication. Blood alcohol levels are displayed in large easy to read digits on a bright display. The AlcoMate Core breathalyzer has many of the features our customers have come to expect from more expensive models such as a deep lung sampling, audio error notifications, disposable mouthpieces, and a one-way flow valve.
The AlcoMate Core uses a replaceable mouthpiece system to ensure sanitary testing. Five specially designed one-way mouthpieces are included in the kit. These mouthpieces are engineered to prevent sample manipulation and to ensure proper breath samples are obtained. Sampling error is a common problem among lower priced, consumer grade breathalyzer machines; The AlcoMate Core was designed to eliminate many common errors without user intervention. The interface is very user friendly with a simple one button operation. The AlcoMate Core breathalyzer has been approved by the U.S DOT (Department of Transportation) for alcohol screening.
